ClickSight® for ISV ClickSight was developed by ClickStream CEO and co-founder Cameron Turner in 2002.  The ClickSight® Process: 1. First, a group of our experienced analysts meets with you to identify your needs. 2. Based on your needs, we customize our ClickSight technology to yield targeted information. (ClickSight is a patented data collection tool.) 3. We analyze the data provided by our customized ClickSight survey. 4. Next we integrate the data collected by ClickSight with research and site visits made by our experienced analysts. 5. We make recommendations based on all these findings on ways to improve your profits, customer satisfaction, and efficiency. How It Works: In a typical survey, hundreds of participants agree to download ClickSight onto their computers after completing a survey to determine if their computer behavior fits within the scope of our client’s study. After installation, ClickSight reports information that allows ClickStream Technologies to survey use of all the applications installed on the computer. Clients gain information about use of their application, their competitors’ applications, and installed but unused elements of applications. Our team of experienced analysts at ClickStream Technologies uses this data to provide suggestions for growth, marketing strategy, and the elimination of inefficiencies in the development process. ClickSight does not slow down computer processes, and is easy to uninstall. ClickStream Technologies provides incentives for those who join and participate anonymously in our studies.
